About our people Andrew Crommelin, Director The Hunt Recruitment was established by Andrew Crommelin in 2008. Andrew has previously built a reputation for his professional and direct approach to business over many years in the executive recruitment industry in both Melbourne and Brisbane. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. He has gained extensive experience with global recruitment firm Hudson running recruitment desks and managing teams of consultants across the Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Property, Legal, Engineering and Supply Chain disciplines. Earlier in his career he has also held positions in Sales, Human Resources and Operations Management working across the Telecommunications and Hospitality sectors. Recognising the need for personalised and honest recruitment services, Andrew established the Hunt Recruitment. He has a dedication to delivering the highest level of service to the company’s clients and candidates. Trent Bartholomew, Principal Consultant Trent holds a Bachelor of Business from Monash University, majoring in Strategic and Project Management. Trent's professional experience consists over eight years within insurance and financial services companies in Australia. Prior to joining The Hunt Recruitment, Trent gained several years experience at global recruitment firm Hudson where he was brought in to specialise in Financial Services recruitment at an executive level for Insurance and Superannuation clients. Adelaide Mason, Principal Consultant Adelaide is the Principal Consultant for both Sales and Business Support disciplines across all industry sectors. Adelaide gained her recruitment experience at London’s first specialist freelance marketing recruitment agency. Prior to this, Adelaide accumulated over ten years marketing experience at blue chip companies, predominantly in the finance sector, in both Australia and the UK. This then led her to pursue her career in marketing recruitment. Adelaide has recruited for roles from Marketing Assistant through to Head of Marketing in the entertainment, travel, publishing and sports sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations).
Following an assessment of key capability gaps within our business we identified strategic recruitment priorities and shared this information with the Hunt Recruitment. We have been extremely impressed with their ability to source and attract executive level candidates across a diverse range of capability areas.
